I am an experienced Mental Health Therapist, with over 15 years experience of working in the Mental Health field, including working alongside organisations such as MIND, Cruse Bereavement Care and the National Health Service (NHS).
I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive space where you can openly explore the concerns that you feel need attention. Together, we'll work through these challenges, allowing you to shape your therapy experience in a way that best suits you.
My aim, as a counsellor, is to walk alongside you, as you develop your self-awareness and reconnect with your belief in yourself, discovering new positive ways of being ‘you’ and making choices in your life, with which you are happy and comfortable with. Find out more on the work with me page.
My expertise is in loss and bereavement, however, I also support clients dealing with a wide range of issues, such as relationship difficulties and issues around stress, and anxiety.
Loss manifests in many ways—whether it’s a loss of self, a job, motivation, or even the impact of life changes, loneliness, or a relationship breakdown. If you're struggling with any of these areas, or have experienced a difficult bereavement, therapy can offer a safe space to process and heal.
Additionally, I offer training to businesses, helping them build knowledge, confidence, and the capacity to support colleague well-being effectively.
